Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not encourage returns. However, we are able to accommodate a one-time return on exchange for items that are still sealed in original packaging, unopened and unused.
Please send us an email at [email protected] or live chat us within 5 business days upon receiving the parcel with your name, order number and the reason for a return. From there, we will guide you on the return procedure.
Once we have received your return parcel and accessed on the condition of the items, we will send you an email with an online credit coupon* (3 months validity) equivalent to the purchase price of the items which you have made.
Returns will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date we received your parcel.
*The above exclude orders made with promotional/discount codes (unless otherwise stated) and sales items.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping a package valued over SGD30, you should consider a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchange for damaged, defective, wrong order
- In the event of any damaged, defective or wrong order, please send us an email ([email protected]) or live chat within 5 business days upon receiving with your name, order number, and a photo evidence.
- From there, we will guide you on the exchange procedure.
Defects / Damaged items
- For glitter nails, please kindly note that the glitters will differ for every piece and not be 100% identical to what is shown as our product image – this will not be considered a defect
- Colors shown may have slight variance on different PC/mobile/tablet’s screen due to monitor color settings or restrictions. The slight difference in color will not be considered a defect
- Items with slight imperfections (dented box, slightly misaligned clear tab) which does not affect the overall usage or appearance of the nails will not be considered a defect
Please note that items will not be eligible for exchange if the following criteria are met:
- Any item not in its original, unused condition and sealed packaging, is missing parts or damaged for reasons that are not due to factory defect
- Any item that has been opened / used
- Any item that is not purchased directly through our website (musencobeauty.com)
- Actual colors may vary from website’s product images, and may also vary with different PC/mobile/tablet’s screen due to monitor color settings or restrictions. Products under these circumstances are not eligible for exchange too
